Hierarchy 101

Design Problem 1

1. Devise a basic piece of text that has several parts, such as an exhibition announcement.

2. Working with this simple chunk of information, explore numerous variations, using just one type family. Signal each part of the typographic hierarchy with one or more cues: line break, type style, type size, rules and so on.

3. Create six or more variations that use different systems of hierarchy.
